Orders and Shipping

It takes 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. We always try to ship the orders on the same day if arrive before 12pm but processing time for all orders are at least 1 day.

Yes, we charge HST on all of the orders regardless of where the order was placed from.

Yes, we always try to ship everything in the same package unless stated otherwise or if we cannot fit the order in one box. In that case an email will be sent to the customer informing them to keep an eye out for multiple packages.

Returns and Exchanges

We don’t accept any returns and all sales are final unless an issue or fault arises with the product due to manufacturing defect. In that case a return label will be sent to the customer and replacement product will be shipped once defective item is received back by our warehouse.

Please email us right away without delay with photo evidence and we will issue a refund or ship a correct item right away.
