Unusable. Just an oily mess that had long since separated by the time it arrived, could not get the oil part re-combined with the more dense substance.

Sorry to hear about that. You need to use a small spoon or spatula to mix it as its very easy. You just flip it around and it gets mixed in less than a min.

The cream needs to be mixed each time before adding it to your bowl. I add true cloudz to my bowl first and then add the shisha flavour. True cloud adds a great flavour and gives more clouds.
