True Cloudz is not just a simple alternative to shisha flavour . You can use the Hookah Creme in many creative ways. Use it pure and enjoy incredible huge and heavy clouds. True Cloudz is 100% free of tobacco. The nice clouds are based on a pure vaporising effect of the juice and flavors. No burning, just pure steaming. Enjoy True Cloudz.

Unusable. Just an oily mess that had long since separated by the time it arrived, could not get the oil part re-combined with the more dense substance.

Hi,
Sorry to hear about that. You need to use a small spoon or spatula to mix it as its very easy. You just flip it around and it gets mixed in less than a min.
We can create a video for you and send it if needed. We can also send you a spare mixing spoon in your next order if you like.
Just let us know when you place it and we can add it for you on the house.

The cream needs to be mixed each time before adding it to your bowl. I add true cloudz to my bowl first and then add the shisha flavour. True cloud adds a great flavour and gives more clouds.
